H[k]R buys micro-portfolios of 4-10 properties, updates them with residents in place, and commits to keep rent increases within COLA standards.  

We assure residents they will be kept whole and and secure with their living space and lifestyle.  We re-claim the buildings they live in and deliver dignity while extending the life of existing buildings.
