We do: Human[kind]ReClaim buys and restores overlooked apartment complexes—small, aging buildings with 20-60 units, acquired in batches of 4-6. Over three years, we implement sustainability-driven, human-centered upgrades that give these buildings a dignified second life. We keep residents in place and arrange for temporary housing when needed to reduce life interruptions as their homes are improved.
