Our goal is to help create novel real estate outcomes, no matter how big or small, and shift from the idea of compartmentalized separate lives to bringing embedded care and support through everyday chance encounters. We will be place-making and designing toward a simple outcome: Connection, Family and Community Support.

Dirt

The aim of our compounds is not to create a kingdom for you and your progeny. We see a need for you and your family to have a refined cast of neighbors near enough to grow lasting connections, but separate enough for you and your family to grow autonomously as well. We will find dirt, subdivide and have 15-20 clustered family compounds that define your new friends, neighbors ... extended family.

Design

While there will be a theme so that these communities have a cohesive feel, our design team is committed to bringing options that make your compound feel unique to the others. We'll accomplish this by presenting up to 5 floor plans and offer facade, roofing sillouettes, and premium cladding options. Of course, these homes will all be designed as near-net-zero, with powerwall backup to ensure you and your family are safe and secure during weather events, and landscaped with native foliage to reduce fresh water needs.

Deliver

Our transparent construction processes will present your project, in real time, with "compound-cameras". Watch as your foundation is dug/poured and the walls rise. See your roof perch on the walls and wonder at the activity as the finishes make everything "just so" for your brood. Originally you'll want to keep an eye on our crews and progress. They will also be planned and built to your plot and buildings and live long after we leave. They'll bring security and safety to your family with 24/7 monitoring and emergency help, even if you don't know you need it yet.

Divine

Then: the dinners ... the long walks ... the warm and challenging conversations, the support of those close to you when they need it the most ... that's the purpose behind these efforts. The younger generations will be able to grow thier professional lives and get to a major metro area or international airport within 45 minutes. When you are in-compound, you'll all feel a million miles from any of that.
